THE SERVANTS HEART CHANGES LIFES

This past week I was doing my normal life and job at outback and I took some time of added reflection after spending some time talking with my table. This week I want to go how a servants heart changes life’s!

After taking some time to sow life into an amazing couple at my table through sharing my testimony and instilling hope I had an amazing time of reflection. I have been a server at Outback Steakhouse for around 8 years. I have had many different people from all around the world and different cultures come and dine at my tables. I have to admit this can be a blessing and while other times be incredibly difficult. I think serving is a true test of faith and our relationship with the lord. Upon my reflection though I really got to just praise the lord for all the amazing opportunities at work to sow seeds of life into my guests and sometimes even change there destiny!

This particular time we spend time going through my testimony which instilled hope in them for there family member who is not whole heartedly walking with the lord. As painful as this is I want to inject some hope if this is something you are going through as well. I remember many days in my past teachers and mentors thinking and saying I was a lost cause and I would never amount to anything. These words hurt but made me even more determined to succeed in life according to my own standards and no one else’s. With that there has always been hope and the lord never leaves anything started unfinished!

Back to serving it amazes me how just loving on people and being who you are just changes life’s! With all the opportunities with my guests I always stop for the one. I’ll pray over my tables, prophesy over them, and speak destiny over them and there families. The servants heart comes out and some only expected a dinner but leave with a new direction or determination or hope. It’s one of the best things ever.

“The greatest among you must be a servant.”
‭‭Matthew‬ 23:11 NLT‬‬

You don’t need a pulpit or microphone to changes life’s. Yes there are those who are called to that but it all starts with the one. The greatest must be a servant. Stop for the one and love on them, give them the word from the lord that you fear to give. Take that little extra time in conversation to get personal with someone. Pass by the normal question and get to some meat. You hold the keys to changing life’s through the Holy Spirit. Always stop for the one.

So today I just want to instill hope and encourage you to remember every day we have an opportunity to sow life into the people we come in contact with we just need to love on people intentionally! I’m praying and amazing week ahead for you all with many encounters with the lord and other people in Jesus name.
